I know one thing, Fred wears the best looking suits! I’d like to know if there is a name for the style. To me it looks like a unique cut.

Not sure who makes them, but
1. Given his size and that he’s an actor, I am assuming they are MTM (made to measure) or custom made.
2. They are 3-button, which makes sense for someone of his height
3. They seem to have a bit of padding in the shoulder (so not a totally natural shoulder), It is nicely done. They seem to be darted, but I can’t be sure.
If I had to guess, they look kind of like some of the Corneliani type cuts I’ve seen or maybe a bit like what they cut for the suits they make for Polo, but I am not sure.
He did wear a couple that needed to be tailored after his weight loss, they were too big - but I haven’t seen them lately

You must have been in the clothing business (or still are)? That's a pretty good analysis, I have no knowledge to know but it sure sounds good to me!
I think Fred looks like he's ready to whup some LIBERAL butt in that picture above and still look good enough for a night out on the town afterwards!
