And Chicago parents will learn what Catholic schools & the U.S.M.C realized years ago; Discipline & Uniforms Work!

Right you are, Kelly! A little USMC goes a long way in helping young people attain a real neat and squared away life.
God bless the Marine Corps.
Outstanding!
Just saw the segment on FNC, this is going to be a winner.
I am all for it. If it could happen in Chicago, could New York City and the outer boroughs be far behind?/Just Asking - seoul62......

If this doesn’t give libs the vapors, nothing will. There’s probably been a run on smelling salts in the Chicago area.
What a great idea. Set schools like these up in “problem” neighborhoods and give the students there access to real discipline, real learning, and potentially a career after graduation.
I’m guessing that there won’t be discipline problems. Even a gang-banger wannabe can recognize a teacher who can flip him like an omlette.
I can imagine the libs’ reaction when students have a very high success rate.

Pity on the poor kid who tries to sneak a jelly doughnut into study hall.
This will succeed beyond anyone’s wildest expectations. The Marines are experts at turning pogues into highly motivated, self disciplined citizens. My only concern is that this initiative will siphon off talented young men and women from a force already stretched thin. The Corps would do well to draw upon the talent pool of retired Marines who would jump at the opportunity to serve in this capacity.
For some of these kids, the USMC will be the only father they have ever known.
Seriously, this is the best idea I've heard since I graduated from private prep school in 1968. The teachers didn't take any shti from the students.
