WPLJ in New York had a good version of the song interspliced with snippets of dialogue that actually gave you a sense of the movie. Natuarlly that was 8 years ago.

Radio Disney is the only one still playing such a mix (that I've heard) and their collection of snippets are pretty bad. At the time, Disney owned PLJ, pity they didn't work together.

Yeah, I heard about it in on Malzberg earlier today. In their defense (not that they need it), they make demands on everything, though not usually refering to God.

In "1985", the word Prozac is changed to workout
In Weird Al's "Jedi" song, "hitting on" is changed to "talking to". Other things I haven't noticed because I haven't heard alternate versions on other stations.

By the way, the cartoon will probably be a stinker. My general rule is to add 10% for every voice actor's name you hear mentioned or read in the ad above the title. That's the percentage that it'll stink. Celebrities and actors that rely on emoting and facial expressions (most of today's stars) just can't handle voice work.
