I tend to agree with you. The flag is never a target of “random” vandalism. Anyone who burns a flag is making a political statement. These horrid, ignorant kids were going to “show George Bush” or some such nonsense. Only after it was shown to be a brave Marine’s burial flag did they decide to stash their “radical” credentials in the closet.

	Yep! I passed it on...   I'm sorry, but after hearing they want to sing OUR National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough! Nowhere did they sing it in Italian, Japanese, Polish, Irish (Celtic), German, Portuguese, Greek, French, or any other language because of immigration. It was written by Francis Scott Key and should be sung word for word the way it was written. The news broadcasts even  gave the translation - not even close. Sorry if this offends anyone, but this is MY COUNTRY   IF IT IS YOUR COUNTRY, SPEAK UP! I am not against immigration - just come through like everyone else Get a sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes; live by the rules;  and LEARN THE LANGUAGE as ! all other immigrants have in the past and GOD BLESS AMERICA! PART OF THE PROBLEM Think about this: If you don't want to share this for fear of offending someone, YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM! Will we still be the Country of choice and still be America if we continue to make the changes forced on us by people from other countries who came  to live in America because it is the Country of Choice? Think about it...!!! All we have to say is, when will Someone do something about MY RIGHTS?   We've gone so far the other way, bent over backwards to not offend anyone, that I am now  being offended. But it seems no one has a problem with that. We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Greek, Polish, Italian, French, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society, learn the language! "In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men  and women - on Christian principles - founded  this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls  of our schools.   It is Time for America to Speak up If you agree - pass this along; if you don't agree - get out.

I agree with first part of your post. I have a little problem with this part. It should be for two years, and they should have to do it every weekend of that two years. I’d give them a break if they enlist, suspending sentence pending completion of their first enlistment.
