This is what Rudy Guliani said:
"Honestly, in most respects, I don't know Hillary's experience. She's never run a city, she's never run a state," Mr. Giuliani says, according to the transcript."She's never run a business. She has never met a payroll. She has never been responsible for the safety and security of millions of people, much less even hundreds of people.
"So I'm trying to figure out where the experience is here. It would seem to me that in a time of difficult problems and war we don't want on the job training for an executive," he says.
"The reality is that these areas in which - maybe there are some areas in which she has experience but the areas of having the responsibility of the safety and security of millions of people on your shoulders is not something Hillary has ever had any experience with," said Mr. Giuliani.

As far as I can tell there isn't a single piece of important, major legislation that she has authored by herself, or put forth. Aside from being a left-wing vote the Rats can count on, she is as useless as screen door on a submarine.

We must not think of HIllary as a "candidate" for "President". To do so is to simply be naive.
She is as much of a "candidate" as Putin will be in his upcoming un(Russian)constituational "election".
If not, she would NEVER "run" for office. She cannot tolerate "losing" - which is why major fraud is already underway - with Hsu being just the tip of the iceberg. She knows there is no one to stop her crime spress that continues unabated every single day (in terms of taking money illegally for her "campaign". The only reason she is not outright killing off those who stand in her way now - is that President Bush HAS put some non-Clintonistas in leadership positions in all of the federal investigative agencies and neither she nor her bubby run a State investigative / law enforcement agency. Give her that "executive" power again and watch the bodies fall....

Even in the Senate Hilary has done nothing. The only thing I know about her Senate career is she’s voted for the Iraq war and been disavowing it ever since

Hillary helped scam old people out of their life savings with the Whitewater scheme. Does that count as work experience? She did a great job of obstructing justice for the Rose Law Firm. The woman has skills. She helped decorate the White House Christmas tree with condoms. She has pitching skills, having tossed a few ashtrays. She did Bill’s homework in law school. That should count as learning resource experience.
Al Capone would tip his hat to that one.
