In most employment circumstances (other than the porn industry, I guess), the questions on the employment application or in the job interview don't usually concern your sex habits or home activities in the bedroom.
Only in the sex deviate world are added rights being legislated for the sexual misfits to gain an advantage (and afford Lawyers yet ANOTHER opportunity to sue the employers when a for-cause dismissal can have a basis in the newly-minted-defense-law).

Even if we assumed this was a great idea (which I do not), the obvious question to be answered is just how are we going to keep a heterosexual guy from pretending to be transgendered just because he wants to visit the women's powder room or get special legal treatment?
Are we all supposed to carry special identity cards?
