Notice he didn't mention the 800 Marines from Camp Pendleton, that will be delegated to fire fighting. Don't be so sure, Camp Pendleton is under threat of a new blaze overnight dubbed the Horno Fire.

Don't be so sure, Camp Pendleton is under threat of a new blaze overnight dubbed the Horno Fire. Saw that this morning then later heard that Pendleton was being evacuated. I assume that means that housing areas and such. Earlier I'd read that the residents of the base were on alert for possible evacuation.
