The media want to incite racial strife. They leap on any event that they can distort to promote their agenda.

“As with the Duke Lacrosse case, the truth about Jena will eventually be known. But the town of Jena isn’t expecting any apologies from the media. They will probably never admit their error and have already moved on to the next “big” story.”

Another big fat liberal lie. And people cry out that we improperly malign the media....

"When a student asked during an assembly at the start of school last year if anyone could sit under the tree"

This doesn't pass the smell test.

Forget race, just for a minute. Let's say boys and girls always sat under the tree. A girl then asks, during assembly, if girls could sit under the tree.

Wouldn't the reaction be, "WTF is she talking about?" I mean, her question is just absurd. It makes no sense. Why in the world would she ask if girls could sit under a tree where boy and girls have always sat?

Similarly, why in the world would a black student ask if black students could sit under a tree where black and white students have always sat?

"the crudely constructed nooses were not aimed at black students. Instead, they were understood to be a prank by three white students aimed at their fellow white friends, members of the school rodeo team."

Again, this smells.

The author expects us to believe that this was just a coincidence that they hung nooses in that particular tree, for the first and only time, the day after black students sat under that very same tree.

One time. That tree. The next day. Pure coincidence. And it wasn't aimed at blacks. And none of the boys had a clue that nooses were racist. In Louisiana.

Oooh ... kay. Well, we have the MSM account. We have this one. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

“The reason the media told the Jena 6 lies is that they seek to undermine American unity and self-confidence in order to bring about socialistic world government.”

I always thought they promoted racism so the whole country wouldn’t unite in anger against the people in power who are screwing everybody regardless of race, religion or economic staus.

They were only 14 and from a teacher posting on a local news forum they weren't that bright. These were kids were in the rodeo club. IOW, they were just country kids into cowboys which includes watching westerns like Lonesome Dove, NASCAR, hunting, and boy stuff. Believe it or not, white kids aren't indoctrinated on the history of lynchings in school. Black kids on the other hand are. This was a lesson taught at the lab school at Grambling State University and the teachers still haven't been fired.

Oh, I don’t know about that. I grew up in the “racist” state of Arkansas. The backward state where Slick Willey came from and saw the black churches burning. :0)

I wouldn’t have thought the nooses were racist. I would have been thinking more of Cowboys. You know, like the hangings in the Clint Eastwood movie, “Hang ‘Em High. But then, I am not a Racist.

It’s a little hard for me to believe that the high schoolers who hung the nooses weren’t at all aware of the symbolism of nooses in the South, though.

Who told you that a noose is a "symbol in the South"? Why do you think they told you this?

In fact, I have never before witnessed such a disgrace in professional journalism.

not that he tried very hard or anything. This is just par for the course.

The Katrina coverage comes immediately to mind.

It's always the black person that makes a "black and white" comment.

The socialists have spent generations indoctrinating American blacks to be their footsoldiers against capitalism and American sovereignty.
