I have said this before and have even posted a vanity on this, do not sleep on McCain. He has the most compelling story, he can hammer Hillary with impunity because of his time in the Hanoi Hilton and he is a true war hero unlike JFnK.

You have to win the primaries, to do that you need to have a conservative base to vote for you.
Since he repeatedly stabbed his conservative base in the back, I would sleep.

You may be right, but when voter think Rudy is too liberal and Huckabee is a nanny stater and mitt is kinda phony it could be between Fred and McCain. Wait and see if McCain doesn’t start looking a lot better to people.
