I’m disgusted by Mexicans. They litter like crazy in Mexico too. I have no use for Mexico and the current crop of Mexican immigrants. Ones in the past were better and capable of being civilized by living here. Today’s Mexican immigrants are awful and that includes many of the legal ones too. Many of the legal ones are nasty uneducated peasant types

Assumption: A 39-gallon trash bag holds about 24 lbs. of loose trash.
24,000,000 lbs/24 lbs/trash bag = 1,000,000 trash bags.
In fiscal year 2007, ICE deported 221,600 illegal immigrants, including 84,700 who were convicted of criminal offenses.
Allowing for a 10% sick, lame, and lazy factor, that's 200,000 trash baggers.
So, sometime prior to being deported, every able bodied detained illegal immigrant (man,woman, and child) will be clapped in leg irons and taken to a designated trash-blighted area (not necessarily at the border) to collect a minimum of five 39-gallon bags full of trash.
200,000 x 5 bags of trash = 1,000,000 bags of trash
1,000,000 bags of trash x 24 lbs per bag = 24,000,000 lbs of trash.
24,000,000 lbs of trash on the ground - 24 million lbs of trash bagged = zero trash.
Et viola! Problem solved.
(Note: When the trash bagging activity cannot be carried out at an actual illegal immigrant dump site, the bagger can earn a illegal immigrant trash offset credit (say at the rate of 3 bags collected : 1 bag credit) that can applied to the clean-up effort. Maybe some enterprising Freeper can set up an offset sales brokerage and make a profit out of the whole thing. Thank you, Mr. Gore.)
But that is UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANT trash which everyone knows is actually GOOD for the environment.
