He's saying that the Europeans came to Wisconsin the same way as the Latinos; i.e., swimming across the Rio Grande, which ate their documentation.

Salas went on to say he's angry with Doyle for signing laws that require proof of citizenship to get a driver's license and prohibit illegal immigrants from getting state-subsidized home loans.Deport these supporters of lawless chaos.
