The he put a dame named gorlick in charge and she separated each intelligence group from another so they could not share the information they had. (I’ve also heard each intelligence group didn’t like sharing their information with one another) So without shared information between ALL of the groups, what do we have? Someone briefing our President every AM, with only part of a scenerio.
