I thought the the Secretary General of the UN cannot come from any nation of the permanent security council?
Bill's been seen hanging around the lobby of the U.N. -- Bush ran into him a few weeks ago (story here on FR) and said something about it to some other people. Slick was literally lobbying......he's got something in mind.
Maybe he plans to renounce his U.S. citizenship to "serve the world" so he can be eligible? Wouldn't put it past him.
