Crash Claims 4th Victim (Killed by drunk illegals)

October 31, 2007 - A fourth person is dead because of a grinding crash Monday night in Newark.

Delaware State Police investigators report the driver of the Honda, Matthew Wilson, 23, died Tuesday night because of his injuries.

The sole survivor of the BMW, Hector Villa Gran-Merida, 18, is out of a coma, but still in critical condition.

The driver of the BMW, Israel Palmero Merida, 17, did not have a drivers license.

Police believe drunk driving and speeding led to the horrific crash that killed four people and critically injured one other in Newark, Delaware Monday night.

Around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Paper Mill and Possum Park Roads a BMW collided with a Honda. The BMW struck the median, became airborne, landed on top of the Honda, then continued to flip over several times.

The driver of the BMW, 17-year-old Israel Palmero Merida of Flamingo Drive in Newark, along with front seat passenger 15-year-old Jose Juan Garcia Ortiz of Bedford Lane in New Castle were trapped in the vehicle and died at the scene.

One of the two back seat passengers, 20-year-old Francisco Rodriguez Contreras of Raven Turn in Newark, was ejected from the car and also pronounced dead at the scene.

The fourth passenger in the BMW, 18-year-old Hector Villa Gran-Merida of Hanover Way in New Castle, was also ejected and is listed in critical condition at Christiana Hospital.

Police say the driver of the BMW had been drinking and was speeding at the time of the accident.

An official at the scene described the accident as one of the worst he's ever seen.

Citizen? More like taxpayer.

The Federals continue to debase the notion of citizenship of the United States and of the State in which an individual resides, turning instead to the concept of "taxpayers."

To put it bluntly, the Federals and the States no longer care about their citizens. They serve whomever ponies up the most cash. That's why we no longer matter to politicians, who no longer recognize that their power is derived from the people....from the citizens.

I remember one case a few years ago where an illegal had raped and killed 8 women for sure, and maybe many more. He was traveling by rail all over the US and Mexico.

If its the case I am thinking of he did get caught. Somehow rings etc that he gave his wife in Mexico were things he took off the dead women. Somehow they were able to link him to it. He killed men too & was pretty violent. I think it was way over 8 that he killed too. One of the men killed in IL was a friend's uncle & it happened in a trailer. I don't know if he has gone to court on all charges yet.

I can not believe these are the so called people with family values that Bush wants us to welcome with open arms. Or what about all the girls who disappear along the border towns. It just goes on with the gangs & drug dealers etc. Why the fence isn't built is asinine.

The local paper has this to say about the “fine young men” who caused this accident:

I’m sure Prince Elliot, King George, and Queen Evita Hillary will be all concerned about this tragedy (NOT! - They couldn’t give a flying rat’s)

You got it Yorkie. That was him. I also remember hearing that they think he may have more victims. Shaking my head. I saw my friend’s uncle’s trailer in IL where he was killed. It sat right by the railroad tracks. I just don’t understand why we are letting this scum into our country and I think at some point people are going to take justice into their own hands as it gets worse. Build the darn fence & patrol it with dogs & guards 24/7. I am sick & tired of Americans being killed & our border agents not allowed to do their jobs.

This reads like these illegal aliens were just innocent American boys, all unresponsible for the death of 23 yo Matthew Wilson...

If I could find the statistics for illegals causing death of Americans, it would be a great help. I've used the 40k figure many times but can't point to a source. The gist of the story was we are so worried about ragheads killing us, but illegals kill many more of us and we want to give them Social Security and amnesty. It was a year or so ago so I'm sure the figure is higher now. The arguments against the number was that anyone could get drunk and kill people in a car, so why get worked up because the drunk was an illegal? Anybody can get a gun and shoot somebody at a bar. Why is it different if they shouldn't be here in the first place. My ex boss had his throat cut with a roofing knife by an illegal in a bar. We have many rapes and murders by illegals because they are already invisible. They have no address, finger prints, ID, or paper trail. For some reason, they can't understand that these people killed by illegals might still be alive if the illegal wasn't in this country. The only wreck my wife has ever been involved in in her life was with an illegal with no license, no insurance, no address, etc. He T boned her after running a stop sign, but produced all these documents at the scene. If he or my wife were going just a little faster, she and my daughter may have not lived. When I confronted the cops with the info that he was not able to be found by my insurance company, it was like" what do you want me to do about it?" I have to have a license and insurance, why not him? We are in some kind of spell where we have laws to follow and they don't. If we are spastic over 3,000 dying in New York, or 4500 dying in Iraq or Afghanistan, then why aren't we worked up over 40,000 dying in the same period from people that aren't supposed to even be here. We fretted over the financial damage done after 9/11, but don't even flinch when they overload our schools and pay no taxes, overload our hospitals and pay no bills or insurance, over load our prisons but their own country won't help with the cost. They send billions home from earned income credit, wic payments, welfare, etc. and then we worry about the trade deficit. They vote in our elections and we aren't even allowed to ask for proof of citizenship.

If Hillary is elected by a 1% margin, ask yourself how many dead people voted, how many Haitians, how many Mexicans, how many Hondurans? Why can't we just ask for proof you are a citizen? A light or gas bill doesn't mean you are a citizen, and now a drivers license means nothing.

Here’s my standard post. We can do something about this.

RICO —Citizen Recourse

Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.

Here’s what I’ve been pushing: it’s time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.

RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. I’m surprised they haven’t done it already.

In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this dirtbag.

Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, I’m going to point out that the victim’s family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and they’ll all simply want to go back home.

The driver of the BMW didn’t have a dreiver’s license? He should have moved to New York where Elliot Spitzer would have presented him with one(and made him an unlawful voter for DemonRats)!!

Please start adding “RICO” to the keywords of appropriate threads.
