Sounds like abortion.
I would agree with that. It’s one thing to kill animals for food that are bred for food. It’s even one thing to kill animals that are in constant abundance (darned deer problem we have in MN). But killing species that could become endangered because of it when there are alternatives is irresponsible. And besides that, my wife loves dolphins and so I have a marital responsibility to feel incensed when they are killed. ;)

I guess some animals are more equal than others.
We slaughter cows and pigs and chickens for food, and nobody raises a stink about that, except for the PETA types, but kill some cute little dolphins and suddenly there’s outrage.
Thank God she does. I try to avoid buying anything from Japan or China.
Dolphin and porpoise steaks are real good. Blackened or with orange sauce are both excellent choices. One animal will feed almost a 100 people a real nice meal.
There's a big difference between bottle nosed dolphin and snub nosed dolphin.

Lee Marvin said the word animal not enemy. I never had a cow attack me either yet we “kill” them. The word murder should be used in reference to humans.
