This is something of a surprise. Feinstein is a solid lib, though she occasionally breaks with her party on executive & judicial appointments.

Once in a while Senator Feinstein does something that makes me despise her less.

Why is she supporting him? She’s an ultra liberal leftist representing the most liberal leftist city. Is Muskasey an ultra liberal who’s wearing sheep’s cloting?

She's supporting the judge in exchange for their not going after her for being on the military appropriations committee while her hubby reaps the benefits.

Tit for tat - nothing more. She has the principles of a sand flea.

Confirm Mukasey

Senators Leahy, Kennedy, etal are pandering to voters following secular orthodoxy equating discomfort and frustration with torture. Senators provide intellectual comfort to those demanding moral ambiguity for conflict outcome between civilized societies and Wahhabi jihadists. For liberal presbytery 9/11 events require moral ambiguity and redefinition to irrelevancy to sustain public serenity vital for acquiring and retaining power through political largesse. Defending serenity compels outrage over Mukasey’s testimony, notwithstanding codified terrorist citizenship attributes within Fifth, Eight and Fourteenth Constitutional amendments.

My Representative quotes statements from 20 former Army interrogators that prisoner/detainee abuse and torture should be avoided at all costs, while avoiding uncomfortable parallels that 2,000 to 200,000 American deaths cannot provoke urgencies the country must be protected at all costs. Against this asymmetrical homily, FBI Director Mueller describes a robust nuclear material and technology market. Fifty-year-old technologies reside worldwide for weapons such as Davy Crockett missiles that fired a 51-pound, 20-ton yield warhead, and Astor torpedoes that carried a Hiroshima size warhead. Yet our victory must remain wholly within interrogation processes seeking tranquil, self-created moral high ground defining national greatness. The Wahhabi jihadists define victory as our submission after elaborate, extensive slaughters. Given jihadists avoid our scenarios for legitimate conflict; they win by their definition. We perish, but win by ours.

Terrorists possessing unambiguous, malevolent intent are unresponsive to direct questioning and psychological gambits. Interrogators need the range of techniques applied to our own military in survival school. Unfortunately, our country’s survival has been tabled for Senate discussion.

I am worried about Mukasey because Schumer recommended him. I cannot imagine Schumer recommending a conservative, certainly not being friends with a conservative. He is too far to the left and too frantic to pass amnesty.

No suprise at all.

The one thing that can make DiFi and Chucky ignore their feigned concerns about ‘waterboarding’, is an assurance about not limiting abortion.

Bet on it!

DiFi has moved 1/2 mm to the right since she had that cozy flight on Air Force One recently with Bush going to Kalifornia to see the wild fires. After the flight, she basically said, “gee, Bush isn’t quite as big Dumbass as I thought. In fact, he knows a lot of sh!t!”

Mark Levin’s posting of Schumer’s own comments from 2004 concerning the use of torture sealed the deal.

Does Feinstein have some premonition that the Election may not be quite the shoo-in for Democrats that MSM would have us believe? Is she laying the groundwork for possibly being able to get along a bit with the Republicans after next November?
