I agree, friends or not, in this day and age, all should be vetted, just to be fair-if nothing else.

How better to demonstrate your rehabilitation and “pay your debt to society” than to contribute to the process of electing our next POTUS?

Does man not have the ability to rehabilitate and have a productive life after that rehabilitation?

As has been posted, many, many, times...there are much more heinous examples of running afoul of the law in former and current politicians' lives and campaigns. Most are without rehabilitation, or even true regret.
