Pat Robertson endorses Rudy Giuliani.
77% Oppose Drivers Licenses for Undocumented ImmigrantsThat's great timing Pat. Nominate Giuliani and the GOP can't use those sentiments linked above, and the left by all appearances wants this to be a Giulani v. Clinton contest.

Pat Robertson knows what most seasoned political people know, the choice is between Rudy and Mitt.
I guess Pat thinks being a Mormon is a bigger sin than being pro-abortion.

And in other news,
John the Baptist endorses King Ahab and Queen Jezebel in the upcoming municipal elections in Jerusalem.

"I guess Pat thinks being a Mormon is a bigger sin than being pro-abortion" That's not a guess. It's a fantasy. Robertson states clearly his reasons.

Shouldn't Pat be checking his tire pressure or something?
(don't ask)

Bye, bye, Pat! I reckon that you have got so damned rich that protecting your wealth is paramount!
Only thing I am sure about is that Jesus really gets upset, about liars!

If Rudy follows through on his promise to appoint Supreme Court justices in the mold of Scalia, Roberts, and Thomas, then I don’t care what Rudy’s personal beliefs are.
After all, almost every Democrat says that they are personally against abortion or want to make abortion “safe, legal, and rare” then they appoint judges that are slightly to the left of Stalin.
Rudy has repeated his promise many, many times. If he backs down by appointing a non-constructionist, then the Christian base will give him total h311. I’m willing to give him a try.

I wouldn't be so sure there was anything so theologically principled involved. Obviously, political principle was completely abandoned as well. Robertson has gone senile. Giuliani should be embarrassed to be trying to pull this.
Sad and sickening for unscrupulous people like Giuliani to humiliate Robertson like this. Even more shameful is that one or more key persons in the Robertson organization was paid off in some way (perhaps jobs for them or their kids) with Giuliani.
Giuliani has bought political support before. Remember that NY Liberal Party guy whose son got hired by Rudi so he could fly his gay buddies to Aspen and download gay porn on city computers all day long? Same thing, I bet.
Robertson, after a shameful career, is the only leader on the Religious Right to endorse the leftwing mayor. All the rest who have declared went to Romney or are still holding out, trying to pick between Fred and Romney but with most likely to end up with Mitt.

Diamond Pat Robertson doesn’t do anything without a money angle.
What was it here? Did Rudy promise reduce enforcement against blood diamond trading?

It’s gotta be that. Surely he wouldn’t be naive enough to think a man that would restrict Second Amendment rights would be the right guy to help defend our population. And I doubt the judicial nominations would be enough to offset some of the more left-leaning policies that Giuliani has.

Have you considered that you might be an idiot? Once he gets our nomination, he'll never need us again.
No, he has always been our enemy. He is proud to have been our enemy. He linked arms with our worst enemies including the Xlintons and NARAL to grab guns, promote abortion, promote sodomy, and generally heap scorn on the conservative base of our party. And his enthusiasm for appointing conservative judges is quite new, since he filled a lot of court appointments in NYC with barely a Republican in the whole lot?
You might as well just vote for Her Thighness.

Know it all Robertson stuck us with Bush. He is always wrong. What about all the wives that Guiliani has had? What about homosexual marriage? What about partial birth abortion? What about cross-dressing? What about the fact that Guiliani cannot win against the hildabeast?
My personal favorite is the way Guiliani let his wife Donna Hanover know that he was divorcing her. He announced it at a press conference before he told her.
The other day I read that Guiliani had a love shack near the trade towers where he went to be with Judith Nathan. I heard Judith Nathan made her living experimenting on poor, live dogs. She sold staple guns to doctors. She displayed the guns by using them on live dogs after the dogs were cut open just for the sake of her staple guns.

As much as I love GWB, I am tired of empty promises. I don’t trust Rudy to do the right thing on judges at all.

He told a recent NRA convocation that September 11, 2001 made him change his mind about gun control, IIRC.
