Whatever happened to Garth Brooks?
Ten years ago, he was the biggest star on the planet but I just had to check Wikipedia to see if he was still alive (he is).
Anyway, maybe it’s a good thing he retired. His first three albums were great but then he got really lame after that. I think his “jump the shark” moment was releasing that super-annoying politically correct single “We Shall Be Free” that pegged the Bono meter of self-importance.
