Give me some examples of black ethnicities originating from some place other than africa. As far as I know, all blacks originated from africa and all blacks not in africa are not there because either a) they are a recent immigrant from africa, or b) someone brought their ancestors there against their will via slavery.

A black gay man from mexico that came to america illegally to get an operation to be a woman and can’t speak english, has ADD, is bipolar, HIV+, a PETA member, and is afraid of global warming and has been harrassed by gun wielding white redneck christian texans in 4WD gas guzzling pickups with pitbulls in the back.

They use the phrase "civil rights", which is code for Black people.

A bit of the subject, but since when is the phrase "civil rights" a code phrase for black people?

Depends on your definition of “black.” But Melanesians and Negritos from the Western Pacific Islands look a lot like blacks from Africa.

Ok, you got me with australia. I’ll concede that. But you are dead wrong about barbados. Blacks in the carribean came from african slaves just as blacks in north america did. I don’t know of any blacks in asia. THere are very dark people in parts of india, but I don’t think I’d call them blacks.

No native blacks in the Caribbean? Surly you jest. I have been there - they are actually the majority. Australia, is the same size as the United States with a huge and vast population and you must include the entire region.

Blacks are one of the two largest populations on earth. They have never been a minority except to achieve anything in a modern world.

I’ll say again this time v e r y s l o w l y

C A R R I B B I A N B L A C K S C A M E F R O M S L A V E S.

This from wikipedia:

Barbados has a population of about 279,000 and a population growth rate of 0.33% (Mid-2005 estimates). Close to 90 percent of all Barbadians (also known colloquially as Bajan) are of African descent (”Afro-Bajans”), mostly descendants of the slave labourers on the sugar plantations. The remainder of the population includes groups of Europeans (”Anglo-Bajans” / “Euro-Bajans”) mainly from Britain, Ireland, Chinese locally known as Bajan-Chiney...

I guess we learned differently, I have been there and know a difference - the book learning you show is obvious.

Yes, blacks from Africa were taken taken to the Crib but, there were already blacks there - however, they called themselves Bajain’s (bay-gens)

I’m sorry, you are a victim of false information. If there are any blacks on barbados that claim to be of original ancestry, it is only because they are liars and are ashamed of being decendants of slaves, so they convince themselves of the lie for their own selfish purposes.

THis is the truth:

“British sailors who landed on Barbados in 1625 at the site of present-day Holetown on the Caribbean coast found the island uninhabited...”

UNINHABITED! All the people on barbados are there because the british put them there. THat is why the language of barbados is ENGLISH.

The first indigenous people were Amerindians who arrived here from Venezuela. Paddling long dugout canoes they crossed oceans and currents that challenge modern sailing vessels. On the north end of Venezuela a narrow sea channel called the Dragon’s mouth acts as a funnel to the Caribbean sea and the nearest Island of Trinidad. It is a formidable pass

I know, I know, you think you have facts of how it was “UNINHABITED!” until the terrible white Europeans dropped off Africans forcing the world into something never heard of in history called slavery but, the facts get in the way.

Don’t take someone else’s history away to make you happy.

BTW, the Knights Templar, on entering many parts of the world noted them as UNINHABITED! as well.

The cross dressers are not minorities. They are a lunatic fringe on the edge of a civilized society, and should be treated as such.

This isn’t a conspiracy. Look it up in any plain old encyclopedia.

I don’t know why you are going off on this silliness about amerinds anyway. Amerinds are not blacks...or are you now changing your story? Have you givin up on the idea of blacks as the original inhabitants and now switched to the amerinds?

There will never be an end to the list of groups needing protection from “discrimination”. The more groups that get included in the “can’t discriminate” list, the more glaring those not included appear.

This is why appeasing liberals never works. Once a liberal demand is met, the left simply make another demand, and they use the prior victory as basis for it.

And, of course, the demands get more and more irrational.

Why should Blacks, or anyone else for that matter, receive any special rights? Equal rights for everyone, special privileges for none!

We were in the train station in Chicago and my daughter who was 12 took her younger sister in the women’s restroom while my husband waited just outside the door with our luggage. While waiting a “woman/man”? went into the restroom. He/she was dressed in heels wig and was at least 6 feet tall with broad shoulders. Was it a really big ugly woman or was it a man dressed as a woman? At any rate he wasn’t taking any chances so luggage and all he went into the restroom and called their names. They were in a stall unaware of the he/she/it even being there. He looked under the stalls and there it was peaking into the stall. He didn’t know whether the women waiting to use the restroom made a quick exit because they were afraid of him or if they had seen the “it” come in. He waited for the girls and they all left together. They found the policeman who arrested the “it”.
When you start talking about transgender what are they? My husband didn’t care or stop to define he wanted to protect his girls.

Today he would have probably been arrested.

Not at all, I took black as a color not a race. BTW, having been to many parts of Africa. I have never met an African that called themselves “black”.

The vote Wednesday ... was ultimately revised to remove protection for transgender workers, which upset gay rights groups here and across the country. ... But more than 300 lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender leaders opposed the exclusion, saying it is unfair..

This Is Sooooo Unfair!
I Want Equal Rights.
