A Conservative Website for Rochester, NY, Launched Today, RochesterConservative.com

I'd like to invite all Freepers to come on over and visit RochesterConservative.com, the Conservative website for the Greater Rochester, NY area. Our country is currently in the midst of a cultural war between the left and right, liberal versus conservative, athiest versus Judeo/Christian. Anybody who’s been following or participating in blogs and internet forums has probably taken note of this. RochesterConservative.com is a grassroots effort to spread the word that smaller government is good government and self reliance and love of God and Country is still considered a virtue in our great country. It’s perfectly OK to express your patriotism here as well as witnessing your faith.

We timed the launch of RochesterConservative.com on Veterans Day as a tribute to those who've served our country. Dave Jeffers, father of the late Sgt. Eddie Jeffers, posted a tribute:

Veteran’s Day Dedication by Dave Jeffers

There's also my introductory article, Welcome to RochesterConservative.com!!! and a great article written by contributing author and website collaborator, phantomlord, A statistical breakdown of our Presidents.

If there's any budding authors who'd like to get published on articles of interest to RochesterConservative.com, please let us know in the comments, we'd certainly appreciate your input!

God Bless Our Veterans!

Use the (more) option in the blog, it will allow your front page to load faster and makes it easier to read.

Oh, and you thought you were done, stylin’.

The Veteran’s Day dedication at the link, by Eddie Jeffer’s dad, is magnificent.

Last ping of the day.

One question comes to mind on this Veteran’s Day, to me personally as both a Gold Star Dad and an American: “Am I worthy of this sacrifice?”

who are these people ? - These Americans who give their sons & daughters, gladly, to a greater good - to ask: "Am I worthy ?"

The freaking rest of the world just doesn't have a clue.

John Quincy Adams ...a good reminder of what is required of every American citizen:

“Posterity—you will never know how much it has cost my generation to preserve your freedom. I hope you will make good use of it.”
