Not with me, I am right handed and right eyed. My right eye is weaker than my left but it is still my dominate eye.

I'm right-handed and wink with my right eye. When I was a hurdler in HS track, I led with my right foot (most right-handed hurdlers lead with their left foot). Not sure what that signifies, but I'm definitely right-handed, so it may not be so simple as "opposite side of the brain".
