Then, on Sunday, everything started falling down around her.
After a very Presidential-esque news conference - Clinton turned around to leave the reporters and their peppering questions. A staffer swooped open a curtain, and chaos ensued. Four large American flags came crashing in front of Senator Clinton as she headed for the door. In a controlled panic, the staffers and the Senator attempted to catch the flags before they fell to the ground.
"I think the bases are not weighted enough." Clinton said as she propped flags back up.

You may be on to something here.
Notice, Clinton blames the bases of the flag stands. I guess it was a Vast Right Wing Conspiracy trick; the bases’ weighting material was removed and replaced with Styrofoam. Yeah, that’s it.

"I think the bases are not weighted enough." Clinton said as she propped flags back up. I think it was somehow staged, for a photo op of her "lifting the fallen flag". Just like ol' Bill walking the beaches of Normandy, "finding a pile of stones by the surf, and arranging them into a cross.
