“Ford told police he is HIV positive...”This man is not just a rapist but a predator-and has possibly infected this woman with a virus that could be fatal.Give em life w/out parole.
"consensual" or sleepwalking, or rape, the fact that he is HIV Positive is enough to convict him and send him away, as he should be.
