I do remember an event that met the parameters (of not being racist) that you mentioned. I don’t remember the other particulars now. That type of thing does take place often enough though, and it’s quite disconcerting.

I was told by a former latino gang member back in '93 that the Mexican Mafia had control over the jails and street gangs and that they were gearing up for a race war. ( I was working with him on a film project) The plan was, first, they would target blacks and then, whites. But while they were targeting blacks they would rob and pillage whites so they would fear the latinos and use that fear to control the whites.

With the racial profiling that goes on these days associated with civil rights, I’d be very surprised if hispanic victims of crimes were considered whites. I am not sure, but I would also think that perps would be considered whites, but I could be wrong.

I think that strategy was aimed at attacking black gangs who had a stong foothold on drug traffic. The CRIPS and BLOODS made their wealth on drug sales. In order for the MM to build their business, they had to take on black gangs in prison and on the street.

Now that the hispanics are replacing blacks in so many LA neighborhoods, they don't have to work so hard. The market is coming to them.

I had picked up the war against the blacks, several months ago.

If you wander around the different news sites, the small town ones, in every state, will have articles of the drive by shootings and the target is as a rule black, second choice is white.

And they are not rival gangs being shot, but babies and children playing in their yards.

When the fires were going in San Diego a few weeks ago, a Freeper posted the link for a Police scanner in San Diego and I got in the habit of listening to it.

They have the same problems in San Diego, you will be able to pick it up from the scanner.
