The rats are playing their usual games. The rats starve the essential programs such as roads and law enforcement. They lavish tax dollars on entitlement programs such as Medicaid, homeless help, government pensions, global warming, and other non essential areas. A crisis on the essential programs is a perfect excuse for crying poor man. Only a brave rat can rescue the citizens (and illegals) from this deplorable situation.
