The week is officially over, the weekend has officially begun!

Took the words right off my keyboard.

It was a strange relationship between Tiger and I. I never owned a cat until we found him wet and crying in the ditch in front of our home. My wife begged me to keep him. One week after, he was clawing my JBL 112 speakers. Tiger was just a hair from being thrown out, but my wife objected strongly.

He was always pretty wild. He only liked being petted on his terms, and would often bite softly if you touched him where he didn't like. He recently broke skin on my daughter when she tried petting him.

I installed wood flooring last spring, and quickly found out how much kitty litter is scattered around the house. My wife gave up part of her closet and for his stinky cat box. We gave up part of our bathroom floor for his sleeping pad, food and water. He would wine at times when I was trying to sleep.

He was in many ways, a pain in the ass, but I was not ready for him to go. For 15 years, my wife enjoyed that cat, especially during the times when she had one miscarraige after next before we were able to have kids.

Having to be the one to say when it ended was a huge kick in the heart.

Thanks for the shoulder to lean on.

Hey Fuddy!

Who was the fella subbing for Mark tonight and why wasn’t it Chris Plante? ;-)

It was Jerry Agar. We can now add him to the Approved Sub list!

Maybe Chris wasn’t available. Don’t know!

Now that I know you were transliterating Hebrew instead of Korean, I figured it out (those 2 yrs of Hebrew classes @ the synogogue did wonders. LOL!)

Don't worry, lormand didn't dishonor me in any way.

Ok.

Chris did his show right after Mark’s, so that’s why I was wondering. Although I’m sure that Mark’s people want to try other hosts and not Plante all the time (although you know that I’m completely bias and that, in my view, no one is a better sub than Plante!) Heehee...

I’m feeling very Betty Crocker-ish today... I’m going to start prepping some Thanssgiving side dishes... what are you doing for Thanksgiving this year, Fudd?

I’m cooking at mom’s this Thanksgiving so I doubt I’ll be able to get fancy. They have dietary restrictions!

One week after, he was clawing my JBL 112 speakers.

Cats know where your feet have been and they still sniff and play with them anyway. They don't seem to mind the combination of BO, rain water and dust accumulated on them. Which is ironic considering they have a better sense of smell than we do.

He only liked being petted on his terms, and would often bite softly if you touched him where he didn't like.

We call those "love bites" in our 2 cat household.

installed wood flooring last spring, and quickly found out how much kitty litter is scattered around the house.

We have the same issue in the bathroom the cats use. The cat litter on the linoleum is obvious...better than carpet though.

Having to be the one to say when it ended was a huge kick in the heart. Thanks for the shoulder to lean on.

I can't imagine having to make that call someday. My 7 yo kitties certainly bring a lot of spunk, joy and conversation to our house!

FYI - If you happen to stop at a Dunkin’ Donuts on the way, try the new Gingerbread Latte — it’s AMAZING!

I love DD!

Tiger looked exactly as the one munching on your sandals.
