pedophilia and drunk driving seem to be national pastimes in mexico, they don’t mean anything by it it is just their cultural persuasion, different strokes for different folks, if you want a new roof on your house for cheap it is something we just have to get used to

Meixo certainly takes these crimes lightly.

For example, in the case of the serial rapist dentist, Dr. David Fuster - a native of Peru in this country legally. After being convicted in 2003 of rape, assault, child abuse and sex offenses involving a 15-year-old patient, he and his wife and five children fled to Mexico while he was out on bail waiting sentencing. Although Mexico did eventually extradite him, it was only on the condition that he would not be prosecuted on any other charges. At least four other girls came forward accusing him of similar crimes but Mexico demanded he not be charged. (The Washington Times editorial, "Leniency lunacy for a rapist," November 18, 2007 also mentioned on Nov. 15, 2007 under "Maryland."
