O’Brian was a non accomplished dolt and female party hack that the Democrat powers thew up. She was uneducated and not bright. Thomas Dewey could of beaten her, and he’s dead. The only other time Mitt ever ran for any office, he ran against Ted Kennedy and Ted worked him over as Mitt tried to out Democrat the Democrats of Democrats.
Still, Romney gave Teddy the closest Senate race he has ever had and at one point, was leading the swimmer in the polls.
I also love how Romney and his supporters try to pretend that Romney "almost" beat Kennedy in 1994. In 1994, in the midst of the greatest congressional landslide in recent history and at a time when Ted Kennedy was only slightly more popular than toenail fungus, Romney lost to Kennedy by the oh-so-close margin of 17 points.
