That’s why I wanted Rush to let Harry Reid feel the legal wrath. Rush has the wherewithal to press the case and get those Congresscritters back in line. That Murtha is cloaking his crap as privilege is just sick. I sure hope the justice department has their 3rd string working this.

In a word, yes. - Actually, very few lawyers bother with these cases as the law is so clear as to preclude them.
While Murtha is dead wrong - and I wish that he was all of that - he will undoubtedly prevail here and you will pay your money to defend him.
And the good citizens of his constituency will overwhelmingly re-elect him.
