Daughter's pregnancy signs raised suspicion

JALPAIGURI: A 36-year-old man who married his teenage daughter, apparently after convincing his wife that he was carrying out divine instructions, kept the event under wraps for more than six months. Until, his 15-year-old daughter began showing signs of pregnancy.
Villagers of Kasiajhora found out about Afazuddin Ali's wedding when one of them found the girl showing pregnancy's swelling signs.
The sordid drama of what happened, however, unfolded on Monday when Ali was produced in court. When Ali, a daily labourer who has three daughters and two sons moved to marry his eldest girl child, his wife naturally was aghast and protested madly. To placate Sakina, he told her he was only carrying out Allah's instructions and the family would be rewarded. The poor, illiterate woman saw no reason to doubt her husband's heinous act.
"He is a religious person and will never lie taking Allah's name," she said on Monday. It still wasn't clear whether the 'wedding' was conducted by a qazi who had been paid off. The family had kept the unholy wedlock under wraps until the girl's pregnancy became obvious.
They tried to prevent her from leaving home during the day, but after all she was just another 15 year old. A few days back, a village woman saw her and the news spread like wildfire. Soon there were mobs knocking on Ali's doors. On Sunday, when Ali was finally confronted, he confessed. But cops arrived just in time to avoid the mobs unleashing their fury on him.
Ali, who looked nervous when police brought him to the court, was seen strutting around after being released. "I haven't done anything wrong. Isn't it clear from the judgment?" he said. Yet, he decided it wouldn't be prudent to return to his village.
Another example why Islam is "The Religion of Peace."
What was she going to do to stop him?
So have they decided the daughter’s punishment, yet?

“Isn’t it clear from the judgment?”
What on earth was the judgement?
Yes it must be the daughter’s fault. And Allah knows best.
Yes, you are correct—to restore the family’s honor, of course.
Sad to say but I dont think the sarcasm tag was needed.
Sounds more like he was diddling his daughter and then married her after she missed a period...
Probably the whole town will be stoned to death. It’s Allah’s will.
Allah gets HAPPY when ppl die!
There's always a cop around when you don't need one..............
No, just the daughter. It is her fault after all. She showed her father some ankle and he simply couldn't control himself. She was Satan's spawn. /s
She’ll probably only be targeted to be gang raped by other faithful followers of Islam—and afterward given 200 lashes for sex outside of marriage.
Too bad.
“Ali, who looked nervous when police brought him to the court, was seen strutting around after being released. “I haven’t done anything wrong. Isn’t it clear from the judgment?” he said.
So the courts have cleared him from guilt? Must have been an Islamic court. Sharia law says you can have sex with your slaves, and since women and children belong to the father, then technically he was just having sex with one of his slaves, all perfectly legal according to Sharia law.
Remember....
All religions are entitled to equal respect.
All cultures are equal...

Multiculturalism is the spice in our melting pot...
Ethnic cleansing is only allowed when the Turd World does the killing...
Remember?
Then why did the court absolve him of guilt? Since this is India, I expect it was his Hindu neighbors who were upset about this. His Muslim neighbors probably fail to see what the big deal is.
See # 18 and remember, if Muslims are willing and eager to send their children on suicide missions to kill innocent people, there probably isn’t much in the way of child abuse that Muslims won’t condone. Defending their actions and beliefs is always going to be a losing proposition. Those who do simply appear pathetic.
