They cancelled the Dec. 4th debate because of lack of interest, and now they are planning one for the 12th? Are Hunter and Tancredo in the lineup? If not, ho hum!
Alan Keyes - the Harold Stassen of his era.
Harold Stassen actually won a few elections. He was Governor of Minnesota, I think.
So, no, Keyes is not the Stassen of this era. He is simply a joke, a caricature, a Foghorn Leghorn, a clown, a circus act, a blowhard, etc., etc.
Alan would wipe the floor with Rudi. I understand why Rudi’s afraid to show up. Kinda tells you something about Rudi, too.
I like Alan too. I've voted for him. But I don't understand why he doesn't endorse Duncan Hunter instead of continuing to dilute the pool of conservative candidates/endorsees.
But like Stassen he has become a perpetual Presidential candidate. And like Stassen he’ll never get the nomination.
Agreed. If he'd endorse someone, it'd make this Iowan's choice easier.

Ambassador Keyes entered the race on September 14, barely a week after Senator Thompson, but so far he’s been excluded from all but three of the debates:
