Oprah is a genius. About that there is no question.
The sheer organization--the ability to select such competent people in such huge numbers--the imagination--the energy--the ability to pull such a thing off in total secrecy--any one of these requires a certain genius.
I sat there thinking: If Oprah can accomplish all that she has accomplished in her life, she just might be able to put Barack Obama in the White House.
I know very little about Obama, and what I know isn't impressive, but I know plenty about Oprah Winfrey, and, not only is she impressive, but she is not to be underestimated.
Am I a brother on the Low Down?
How about: “God am I stoned.”
“What the heck am I thinking...I have absolutely 0 chance of beating Hillary, Oh well”
I wanna roll with the gangstas/Guess I’m just too white nerdy.
“Hi, I’m Barak Obama.”
(i panicked and drew a blank)
Of course. But Obama has failed to lock down the black primary vote for himself versus the patronizing Hilary Clinton.
Few people in American politics have less soul than Hilary Clinton, but she's beating him.
What, me worry?
Agreed. Hard to imagine Dubya or any other “real man” in that girly kind of pose with that look on his face.
“Are you kidding me, bro? Hillary said that? I can’t wait for the next debate.”
“Oh boys, look what I got here!”
“Where are all the white women at?”
Like it. I don’t want him as president, but as a person he is a heck of a lot more likeable than Hilliary.
Hillary may not provide soul food but she sure has plenty of gravy to spread around.
I always said this guy was a geek—and a boring one at that. His popularity is completely media driven.

"I wanna roll with the gangstas... guess I'm just too white and nerdy..."
If that means what I think it means, in principle he's right. "Politics as usual" (pandering, regulation, and socialism) needs to end.
Doesn't mean I'm going to vote for him ... just that he's right about something.
Stopped clock, blind pig ...
“I used to be a geek, but I got better,” said the phone pole with ears.
