That this invasion happened on George Bush’s watch, with absolutely nothing being done except a push for amnesty, will be the lasting lousy legacy of his presidency. It has cost our nation billions, debased our culture, and taken the lives of thousands of U.S. citizens who were victims of crimes perpetrated by illegals. Shameful.

woefully under estimated.
probably 50 percent.
round them All up and send them back from where the lawbreakers came.
also do like arizona and make it illegal to hire or rent to them.

Well yes, but you can reverse it -— Get your sheriff to train the deputies to handle illegals. Today they are running driver’s license check points in Lee county, you don’t have valid licenses, off to jail. They run immigration checks from jail. Locally the accident rate has been high, the crime rate spiraling upwards, but they are cutting into the problem. Not all counties are yet tuned in ... I doubt the 30% illegals, more like 50% :-/

Who knew accidents and crime are linked to illegals.

It’s not up to us to provide health insurance or health care for criminal trespassers.

Obviously 7 years were under Bush, but the kickoff campaign for illegal voters was the Klinton open invitation in 2000 for the millions crashing the gates to vote Democrat!

I frequently hear that that are 12 million illegals in the entire country.

Now, if Florida has 5 million, that means that all of the other states combined have just 7 million. Yeah, right!

The story behind the story is that like it or not, the truth be told, demographically speaking, the Republican Party is dead. It’s easy to blame Bush but the true culprits here are many and most all working from the same motivation, Greed! The profiles of the candidates running for the Republican nomination tell the truer story, they are Conservative Democrats. What I see happening is that the Republican Party will is being taken over by not so conservative Democrats and the Democrats are going to be assimilated by Marxists, both Black, Immigrant Hispanic and the Liberal Elites. Much like what has happened in Britain, the remaining politicians who call themselves Republicans will be forced to compromise their principles and souls in a rear guard fight that will ultimately lead to a one Party State.

“Illegal’s have been coming to Florida since the catah days. Many are Haitian.”

The illegals have been flowing into Florida since the late 70s, when the “Haitian invasion” began. Almost overnight it seemed like what was once a safe place turned ugly. I know I lived through it. Places and times that we at one time could go unfettered became a cautionary tale. It was one of the deciding factors in my moving away from there.
In the following years it has only gotten worse to the point now the whole country is feeling the effects and we are in crisis mode.
Good thing that many “normal citizens” are finally waking up and seeing it for what it is. Enough is enough. Put up the dang fence, and its time to stop being so PC. No more aiding and abetting those that have broken the law to be here.

Probably none. Well, maybe a few Castro agents that slipped in through the Mexican border and don’t want to claim legal residency under the Cuban Adjustment Act because then they wouldn’t be able to spy for Castro.

As the USA is considered the world's dumping ground by our own government don't expect that number to go down. If anything it will continue going up and up...

It’s like a drug, as long as it’s made easily available, in this case the cheap labor the addicts, or businesses will take advantage of it. They need to be punished for breaking the law when not withholding taxes and hiring illegal workers but the government also needs to do more to keep the illegals out. They simply refuse to enforce the law. 30% of the immigrant population that’s illegal? I’d call it either dereliction of duty or incompetence, or worse.
