Maybe she did it because she was terrified of dogs? It's actually pretty common and I doubt she crawled up your wife's back because your Pekingese came up to her. That said, unless the saleslady was there at your invitation (meaning it wasn't a cold call) she should be in a different line of work.
Indeed; There have been stories where thugs posed as utility workers or door to door salesmen and have attacked home owners.
And if it was someone other than him, is Mr. Rivera now going to reimburse the party/parties?
Who says the illegals don't know what they're doing.
If the victim really pulled the wife down the dog should be freed.
"If he was first bit, you must acquit."
Correct! and they should not treat someone that can't speeky english! Yes, I'm hard core anti illegal. Bus'em back, I'll volunteer to drive for FREE.
But, thankfully, his bark is probably ferocious enough to keep most people at bay.
I'm not sure how he would react if my wife or I were to be attacked by someone and he was around. He certainly doesn't mind when my wife and I get cuddly with each other around him...he usually just sits there looking sad that we're not giving him any attention.
What is the best thing to do if someone should find themselves threatened by a dog through some type of accidental circumstances? I heard the best thing to do is not panic and act submissive but that is easier said than done..
1. The crime in question involved a terrible multiple-murder in which both the victims AND the perpetrators belonged to liberal "victim groups."
2. The crime occurred in the weeks leading up to the opening of Newark's new downtown sports arena -- the Prudential Center. I suspect the city of Newark was making every attempt to minimize any negative coverage of events in Newark that might chase prospective customers away from the new arena.

Looks like the dog is smarter than our elected government.
Flat doesn’t want illegals employed on his home turf.
Badly written story.
What did the dogs do when the landscapers showed up?
Did the ileegal immigrant grab the wife to protect himself from the dog?
What was the homeowner going to do with the dogs when the landscaper showed up?
Too many questions.
I pronounce him adorably huggable. Case closed!
Of course she was terrified. But dogs are not uncommon and thus should be expected at homes. Her inability to act rationally around dogs should have precipitated an opening statement from her such as, "Do you have a dog?" and if so "I'm sorry but I have a phobia, would it be alright to put the dog somewhere else?"
In inviting people to my home, I expect them to act rationally and to warn me if there are situations where they cannot act rationally.
You are an insensitive lout. We are a wealthy and humane nation.
As such we can afford to do the right thing and provide the criminals one free flight home each.
