I remember seeing Henry Hyde at one of the Catholic parishes around Capitol Hill a few times when I worked in that area. He was a devout Catholic Christian, and it reallly came out in his staunch pro-life stance.
Eternal rest, grant unto him, O Lord, and may perpetual light shine upon him. May he and all the souls of the faithful departed rest in peace. Amen.
