ALL those politically correct types who piled on last April when Don Imus went down for making his bad "nappy-headed ho's" joke had better duck and cover on Monday, when the I-Man goes back to work on WABC Radio.

"I think he will have some scores to settle," the station's general manager, Phil Boyce, told Page Six yesterday.

It is doubtful Imus will ever forgive CBS chief Les Moonves, who fired him, or regular guest Tim Russert, the host of NBC's "Meet the Press," who was "an invisible man" while Imus was under attack.

Private eye Bo Dietl, who will join Imus in the 8 a.m. hour on Monday, also named Harold Ford Jr. and Al Roker as two Imus regulars who abandoned him in his hour of need.

I agree with you, Hillary was the driving force behind the big uproar over his stupid comment. It was someone at Media Matters that was monitoring the show and caught the remark. Then Sharpton (in Hillary’s pant suit pocket) ...took off with the remark ....magnified it 100 times...and all hell broke loose in no time at all.

It all started a couple of weeks before the actual remark was made when ...Tim Russert and Donald Trump attempted to get Imus to invite Hillary on his show. He refused and would call her SATIN every time her name was mentioned.

The proof being shortly after Joe Scarborough took over the Imus show ...........GUESS WHO SHOWS UP FOR AN INTERVIEW ......yup......THE HILDABEAST HERSELF !!

And I don’t remember: when Al D’Amato was a Senator and got in trouble for doing an on-air Japanese caricature of Judge Lance Ito, did Imus defend him, or was he as AWOL as these other people later were with him? I remember that , all he said to D'amato was "what were you thinking?"And after that no defense for Sen. Al.
