“It’s hard to imagine that that was a plant. He had no idea — none — that his question was going to be used,”

And he just conveniently happened to be in the audience...

Just an aside, the general was described as an undecided voter. If that is what he told CNN, then I am damn glad that he is no longer in active service.

His very words question his honor and integrity.

The man who put together Wednesday night’s CNN/YouTube presidential debate said “there’s no way” that a retired general who asked Republican candidates a gays-in-the-military question was a plant by the Hillary Clinton campaign. “It’s hard to imagine that that was a plant. He had no idea — none — that his question was going to be used,” said David Bohrman, senior vice president for CNN and executive producer of the Florida debate.

Not widely known is that, prior to his work with CNN, Mr. Bohrman had made several commercials in the 80's for Isuzu Motors...

CNN has had their Rather moment, it is obvious that they are committed to a CBS News type of stance and their credibility is now gone as “fair and unbiased”.

Everyone already knew that about CNN of course, now they have just made it obvious.

They flew him in and he had no idea his question would be used. Oh. OK.

“You have no evidence beyond speculation that the beast didn’t know... but we have hildebeast’s own actions recently planting questions and questioners at the dim debates. Where there is fire there is smoke.”

Propaganda - its what communist governments do.

He clearly was a CNN plant...

Rush nailed this yesterday. This entire "debate" was designed and orchestrated to make the Pubbie candidates look like gun totin', Bible thumpin', bigots and homophobes. Their "plants" went way, way beyond the General. They included the "stars and bars" question, the Cheney cartoon question, the gun question, the girl who asked who would be charged with a crime if she had an abortion question, and the "do you believe every word in this book" question.

This entire "debate" was a setup from the word go. I seriously hope the RNC refuses any more of these "debates" on CNN, for every election cycle as long as CNN is on the air. This episode should have removed all doubt about CNN and their motivations....

I haven’t checked it out, but another thread said CNN’s replay of the debate has removed the gays in the military question.

They really think we’re as dense and stupid as they are.

Probably for their core audience. Maybe General Franks and John Bolton will be able to ask questions at the next Democrat debate?

"I seriously hope the RNC refuses any more of these "debates" on CNN"

They won't refuse any. Truth is these things anger the base and get them to send money.

And Cooper just happened to know he was in the audience

Cooper also said he knew he was an activist of some sort.

Let's see, he's a clinton cronie, and this is the clinton news network. I think he had a pretty good idea his question was going to be used.

This is why the rats won't appear on Fox. They know this is what they would do, so they took it for granted that Fox would do it too. Projection at it's finest.

He was also a contributor to a CNN discussion in 2003... it would have shown up on a simple search.

“do you believe every word in this book”

Once I had bet my brother someone had lived over several hundred years, and when I proved it with the bible, my Father made him pay up.
