I wouldn't have put it past her and her machinery to have staged the whole thing.
It ain't difficult finding the right "crazy" amongst the liberals, to pull this off....and possibly pardoned later.

As we get to within days of Election Day 2008 the MSM headlines proclaim:
"No 9/11 tragedy if Hillary had been president," says nonpartisan panel of experts.
Her quick and tireless efforts defused the hostage crisis, the Nation grateful, says poll.
Washington, D.C. "Hillary would have acted immediately. We saw her in action. The second tower would not have been hit. We think that even the first tower would have been spared," said panel member Paul Begala . . . A critic of the panel's findings, Mary Matalin, will debate panel member James Carville locally. Tickets are $75, call . . . .

The situation was 5 hours long. There was no bomb. There was no weapon of any kind. And the dude immediately called CNN.
Hillary was miles away and the best she could do was make a few phone calls. It is also my understanding that the "hostages" were allowed to use their cell phones.

This sort of reminds me of the scene in “The Right Stuff” where VP Lyndon Johnson pays a visit to John Glenn’s wife to comfort her after her husband’s lauch was scrubbed. I won’t elaborate. If you haven’t seen it, then you really ought to rent the movie. It’s one of the greatest movies in history.

Her poise under pressure certainly "calmed" me. I cannot begin to tell you how relieved I was that the perpetrator has been taken in custody. I felt so threatened. How our own safety in fly-over country was preserved! Thank you, oh thank you, St. Hillary for being there to protect us from one mentally-ill misfit.
Now what are you going to do about Islamofascist cells sprouting up in the US? Or the illegal entry of terrorists through our porous borders? Or those with easy access to the elements to make dirty bombs?

Cool Hillary shines in hostage crisis
I was cool during that hostage crisis, too. So I guess that qualifies me to be President.

Lets just call it what it is: This guy who was on a 48 hour drunk got the bright idea to strap on some road flares and take over the local Hillary headquarters (HH). He probably told everybody in the bar what he was going to do it and some other drunk egged him on. Nobody at HH had the sense to call his son or stop him. They just freaked out and and made a huge ordeal out of it. Hillary tries spins it so she looks she looks important and heroic and the media eats it up. The guy's family plays along so they can get him into some long needed rehab and everybody is happy. The poor bastard is just lucky this stunt did't get him shot.
