ABC News' Eloise Harper:
For the first time the press
has been invited to join New York Senator Hillary
Clinton on an outing to church - a woman led the
congregation, Associate Pastor Rev Jill Flyr.
Coincidently the topic of the sermon was the Children's
Defense Fund - a cause familiar to Clinton - and one
she brings up regularly while campaigning. Flyr said to
the audience in her sermon ""let the candidates know
that they need to be strong advocates for children."
Bonnie Campbell, the owner of the church, served in the
Clinton administration as Head of the Violence Against
Women's office at the Department of Justice, invited
the Senator to come this Sunday morning.

The tempter came and said to him, If you are the Son
of God, command these stones to become loaves of
bread. But he answered, It is written,One does not
live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from
the mouth of God.

Yeah... Yeah ... Yeah... I'd be going to Church too if I was engaged in hoaxes like planting stooges to ask questions at the CNN debate and the latest Hillary Hostage Hoax...
Think Hillary needs a straight jacket... God doesn't help those who bring sh*t on themselves...

I don’t get that either. Democrats can campaign freely at any church (esp. a black church), and it’s a great photo op, plus just “wonderful” how they want to connect with the (pseudo) “faith-based” people ! But if a Republican goes anywhere near a church, that church’s tax-exempt status is questioned and the Repub is excoriated by the media and everyone else.

Hillary worshiped at an United Methodist Church that is OWNED by a person instead of the Conference UMC? Ain’t possible!!! Staged media event the whole way and ABC news shows once again the depth of their bias.

Thank you. The photo was intriguing because of the structures on the right, so thanks to Google:
Shaftesbury, Dorset SP7 - England, UK Gold Hill is the most famous street in Shaftesbury, a town full of quaint corners and superb views on the edge of a 700-foot plateau. This ancient cobbled street, running beside the walls of King Alfreds abbey, features on countless chocolate boxes and calendars. Each year Shaftesbury plays host to the Gold Hill Fair, named after the towns landmark, to raise money for local charities, it is the largest free event in Dorset, and attracts over 12,000 visitors.
So thanks for the adventure.

To: Joann37
"Coincidently the topic of the sermon was the Children's Defense Fund - a cause familiar to Clinton - and one she brings up regularly while campaigning" If that is an accurate statement, then there was certainly no "separation of church and state" in that so-called church. Sounds like good grounds for an IRS review. Naturally the, ahem, "journalists" have the good taste not to bring that up though. After all, bringing up such an issue wouldn't: 1) Advance the story, or 2) Be relevant, or could it possibly be 3) Help the Beast get elected.
To: Eric in the Ozarks
Hillary, it is a very bad idea to mock God.
