I don’t know what they are, to be honest.
I’ll give Ron Paul credit for one thing. When I listen to the man speak I can find myself nodding in agreement at the beginning and then wondering what goofball planet he lives on by the end. It’s pretty amazing to me.

Their heckling and shout-downs remind me of the tactics employed by hippies back in the 60s. Just more proof that most of Run's supporters are from the far left.
Beware the stenchhippies!

All I can say about them is that drunk and stupid is no way to go through life... EV, re-read the article. You got elderly types at Giuliani's gaggle vs the younger and more enthusiastic Paul supporters.
What does this say about the Republican Party as a whole?
To: Extremely Extreme Extremist
So you agree with the tactics of the Paultards. Interesting.

Do you realize that FReepers used to do this too, from the Clinton impeachment to battling moonbats protesting the war? Do you realize the candidate being heckled is a POS pro-abortionist/pro-gun control/pro-homosexual rights corrupt lisping Mayor?

It says that there are a lot of young leftists supporting Run.

What does this say about the Republican Party as a whole? That liberal hacks and libertarian rabblerousers are competing for the honor of who can destroy the GOP the fastest?

So you agree with the tactics of the Paultards. Interesting. It's called political activism, rookie. You don't know about the FReeps we did during the Clinton years, during the Don Adams saga, and during the Bush/Gore FL recount.
You are criticizing the very same thing WE did for years.

****Then theres Romneys supporters, who bought a straw poll with hundreds of dollars of votes per supporter.
Talk about spam...***
Yes, but drowning out another candidate’s rally is not very productive and gives the MSM another shot to go negative on Ron Paul and his supporters.

"This is a Republican rally," a testy older man snapped, apparently forgetting that Paul, a physician and Libertarian by philosophyNot merely "philosophy." Ron Paul holds a life membership in the rival Libertarian Party.

I get the feeling that those elderly folks who support Giuliani or other globalist RINOs are not very internet savvy, and are the types who believe everything the talking heads on the MSM tell them. But they probably have good intentions, so I kind of feel sorry for them.

You know that's a crockpot of crap, don't you? This coming from a poster who has managed to strenuously support both of these awful candidates at various points in this election cycle?

WASHINGTON, Oct. 18, 2000
An apparently freelance band of conservative Republicans crashed a conference call today to heckle Al Gores campaign staff.
Ron Klain, senior adviser to the Democratic presidential candidate, and spokesman Doug Hattaway were repeatedly drowned out by noise and insults as they tried to outline campaign strategy to national reporters. Somehow, restricted dial-in information and passwords for the call made their way to Free Republic, an online discussion board for conservatives.

This coming from a poster who has managed to strenuously support both of these awful candidates at various points in this election cycle? Well, unlike Alan Keyes they still held elective office.
