I just received a call from the RNC fundraising machine. I told the unfortunate soul at the other end...
"Until such time that the RNC and its leadership starts showing some balls, starts standing up the Democrat pukes and starts standing up for conservative principals again, the RNC will not receive another red cent from me".
I then hung up.
I think they waste a lot of money with their mailings.
Given that GOP Congress member steadfastness is the only thing that prevented override of a presidential veto of Iraq surrender legislation — and that without more GOP members of Congress elected NEXT YEAR there will be NO EXTENSION of the tax cuts past 2010 (when they expire) — I don’t see how refusing the RNC money advances the two most important conservative causes that exist.

I get hit up for money from them all the time, state and national. I bought the thickest magic marker I could find. I write “ENFORCE THE BORDER — BUILD THE DAMN FENCE” on everything in huge block letters and send it back in their pre-paid envelopes. I can’t figure out why they don’t take me off their list.

I just read a couple of lines of your vanity post. I posted this, and then resolved to ignore you forever, from now on.
They only thing they respond to is fat checks. But it's kind of hard to make the point that you're not going to give them any money that way.
He just pressed the number next to ‘refusal’ and the computer dials the next number on the list.

IOW, the only response you can expect is if you give money.
And that response is that they take your money and then repeatedly hit you up with more requests for money.
I doubt if the minimum-wage drone making cold calls has a lot of influence on Republican Party policies.
1) Fix illegal immigration, with fencing, patrols, abolition of anchor baby provisions, etc.
2) Get the Clintons in serious legal trouble or jail - this has to be done or else Republicans are done for. the Clintons will imprison every one they can as sson as they get back the WH. Count on this one, folks, I hope the R's are scared.
3) Break the media collusion - call them out at every debate with reasoned, documentable bias. Embarrass them publicly, chastise them endlessly at every public event. Letting them go unchallenged is not going to win it. There is a whole generation that will be voting that knows not of the Clinton corruption. Their only info is from MTV.
Maybe they’d take a Visa or Mastercard in the amount of $0.01? FReepers shut down an operation like that many years ago, IIRC.
Too bad you don’t have the balls to say that to the RAT fund raising machine.
