All the network scripted shows have been politicized for a long time, but NBC is the worst offender with ER and the L&O shows. Their science fiction series this season were a refreshing change, but even then had their moments, like the Heroes episode where the Minutemen-like citizens border patrol, speaking with southern accents of course, brutalized the poor Wonder Twins.
I lost interest in the L&O shows long ago....but muy wife loves ER...even with the constant political bs they routinely offer up.
What ya gonna do?
