Read the whole article. It's worth it.

Keyes is running for president again?
I’m afraid I’ll pass again.

Well, obviously that’s your right. Care to share which portions of his comments you disagree with? Please be specific, and keep it focused on the issues dealt with, if you can.

Same here. No one will doubt his passion, but he has shown absolutely zero political skills in his numerous failed runs.

Good article — bump.
(I’d offer a bump even if I didn’t think the article was good, b/c I believe Keyes should have been at the last debate).

He’s in the Des Moines Register debate next week.

I’m almost always in agreement with him on the issues. It’s his political career that’s embarassing.

I read it. I bookmarked it. I agree with his comments and wish more of our candidates displayed an inkling of knowledge about what he addressed.
I don’t support his candidacy, but Keyes really does lay it out there, and I appreciate that he does.
We’re whistling past the nation graveyard. I sure wish we could turn this boat around.

Maybe if we quit electing folks based on how slick they are as politicians, and looked a bit deeper, we’d be further ahead. Ya think?

Keyes is perhaps the most articulate of them all. He would have been an awesome force to behold if he was allowed to participate in the televised debates.

It was the networks...Fox, NBC, and CNN, who kept him out. Because the Republicans gave them the power to decide who is an acceptable Republican candidate and who is not. Pretty stupid if you ask me.
But, again, he’ll be in the biggest one of them all to date next Wednesday.
It’s being put on by the Des Moines Register and Iowa Public Television, but the word is that CNN, Fox and CSPAN are going to cover it live.

Good to hear. The Iowa Repubs and Fox News tried to exclude lower tier candidates from their debates earlier. We Duncan Hunter supporters, well at least I did, contacted them and gave them much grief about it. Well, OK, I just left a bunch of emails and phone messages. May have worked.
