If he violated the law four years ago, he should have been indicted then. If he had a couple images that were truly for a book that would expose horrific things being done to children, it is not the same as being a predator.

Ward's mouthpiece, Doron Weinberg, first said Bernie was "doing research more than three years ago for a book."

Then in the next breath he said "Ward is just being prosecuted for a mistake he made three years ago."

What happened three years ago, Mr. Weinberg.....research for a book or a "mistake"? You can't have it both ways.

If he was doing "research for a book", I own the Golden Gate Bridge and I'll sell it to anyone at cost.
