No! The goal is to use Mexican ports instead of U.S. ports where the labor costs are highter. Therefore, Mexicans can do jobs Americans will no longer have.
All thanks to “W” our bean eating version of Jimmy Carter.
Carter hates Jews and “W” just has a strong dislike for Americans who are doing jobs that Mexicans can do cheaper.

I've been wondering that myself and I'm glad to see another say it as well, there ar times that I think "W" is the Republican version of Jimmy Carter. Let's face it, Carter gave away the Panama Canal, "W" is giving away our sovereignty, both times the economy was in a slump or at least not too great (the current numbers are really a lie), and both are/were soft on immigration, Carter had the Cuban criminal boat people, "W" has the illegals. The only thing Carter was better than "W" is the search for alternative energy, I know "W" has mentioned the hydrogen economy, but in reality, that is worse than robbing Peter to pay Paul, just think of all the extra propwer plants you would need to extract all the hydrogen we need from water, unless they were all atomic plants, we would end up with more net pollution than we have now. At least Carter put in solar water heaters in the White House.
BTW, pinging the usual crowd.
