We don’t want to violate his civil rights. Just imprison him in a max security prison. Oh, we also don’t want to violate the civil rights of his fellow prisoners, so make sure they have newspapers to read. Going back to about the time of this guy’s trial is probably far enough back.
Oh, and then make sure he gets his fair share of privacy, so have the guards turn their backs to him at announced times during the day.

What our OUR civil rights to be able to live in a society where criminals are put into jails, laws are enforced against law breakers? like, IMMIGRATION LAWS?
