What a scumbucket. That is as low as it gets right there. No, I shouldn’t say that because I’m sure somebody will top it.
One of the engineers where I work took in a foster girl and then threw her back when she became adolescent and “inconvenient” to their lifestyle. This guy’s wife was a real dipstick. Thankfully he has moved on to other pursuits because every time I would happen to see him, my gorge would rise in disgust.

The bolded section kind of tells you all you need to know about their intentions towards this child. They never bothered to get her citizenship with their home country. They're not gonna win any parenthood awards, that's for sure.
