TOPEKA, Kan. -- A sex scandal involving Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison could end up costing Johnson County big bucks.
A former staffer and lover of Morrison's filed a sexual harassment claim against him with the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission.
In a statement, Morrison admitted to having an extra-marital affair with Linda Carter, but denied harassment and other accusations.[snip]
[snip]According to the Topeka Capital Journal, the relationship began two years ago when Carter was the director of administration for Morrison during his tenure as Johnson County District Attorney.
Carter said the two engaged in sexual acts in vacant rooms in the Johnson County courthouse and various hotels, including the Sheraton in Overland Park, The Marriott and Muehlbach downtown and out-of-town hotel rooms the two would share on business trips.
In her lawsuit, Carter said at one point during sex in Morrison's office, he wondered aloud if Phill Kline's people were spying on them through the window with a telescope.
Morrison was district attorney for 18 years before switching to the Democratic Party last year to successfully challenge GOP conservative Phill Kline for the attorney general's job. Johnson County Republicans then picked Kline to take over Morrison's old job.
Carter said the last time the two had sex was the day before Morrison was sworn in as Kansas Attorney General...."

Another big time pro-abort turns out to be a womanizing cad. No surprise here.
Democrats are the biggest exploiters of women. Morrison is just another Bill Clinton Democrat. Think what the Democrats would be doing with this if Morrison hadn’t switched parties.
I remember reading about him earlier.
""" Kline fired eight attorneys who were loyal to Morrison when he took over the district attorney's office. The group, known as the Olathe 8, filed a lawsuit in federal court. Carter contends Morrison made unsuccessful attempts to get her to intervene and pumped her for information on Kline's investigation into abortion clinics across the state. """
OMG, he was having an extra-marital affair with the star of Wonder Woman, Linda Carter.
Oh, never mind. /sarc
And to think, Morrison was a rising star in his party not long ago.
He “did it” with WONDER WOMAN??? Wow, lucky guy, did she bring her golden lasso?
Just heartbreaking. Can’t you tell how upset I am ?
Looks like a perfect opportunity for Phill Kline to make his comeback in 2010. ;-D
Poor Morry, now he’s just a rising star in his pants.
Morrison stated flatly "I never PUMPED her for any information, it was purely for pleasure."
I was glad when he switched parties. The Dims can have him and deserve him. LOL.
ROFL!
All this talk of prosecutors, extra-marital activity, and harrassment reminds me of the 1990 movie “Presumed Innocent” (sans murder).
Do you suppose Killer Tiller gives the paramours of his bought and paid for sockpuppet AG Morrison a special discount to kill any “accidental” offspring??? I am betting that Morrison is now yesterday’s news. In the bag is spelled M-O-R-R-I-S-O-N. Soooooooo saaaaaadddd! Maybe Killer Tiller hisself will run as the Demonrat candidate to succeed Sebelius?
I think it’s time to call for an investigation to determine whether or not Morrison spent large amounts of KS taxpayer $$ on Viagra and sex toys.
If Morrison was using the lady to get confidential information on Kline's case then I'd say impeachment and removal from office is the least of Morrison's worries. Felony charges could be warranted. In any case I think Morrison can kiss his rumored gubernatorial ambitions good-bye.
ROTFLMAO! You forgot the sarcasm tag on that one. Phill's toast, as he well should be. And it looks like Paul is going to wind up right there in the dumpster with him. I see where Sebilius is 'deeply disappointed' and I imagine she's got her staffers scurring and making sure Morrison's off her Christmas card list. If this turns out to be true then watch the Dems play up Morrison's GOP background.
The real fear is what Doc Tiller's legal team will do with this. I'm sure they're going to try and use it to cast doubts on the charges that have been filed on him and get those dropped. He may be the real winner in all this.
