I enjoyed the MWR facilities and slot machines when I was overseas. It was one of the few perks of being assigned overseas. I think it would be a shame to pull the slots out because a very small percentage of the military might have a gambling addiction.
We trust our troops with defending our freedom.
I trust them, as adults, to decide whether or not they’d like to gamble.
I don’t gamble - I have to admit that I don’t quite “get” it, but if people want to, they can as far as I’m concerned.
